Summary

The research project on private schools of national education falls within the framework of the priority poles of the Research Division in "Anthropology of education and training system". Resulting from an initial project carried out, based on a survey of 17 private schools in Oran in 2020, this work envisages producing sociological data on the social actors of private establishments (entrepreneurs, educational and administrative supervision, students, parents) and to deepen knowledge on three questions namely: the question of social inequalities and the principle of equity of national education, the question of the quality of teaching, the question of cultural and social differentiations of private schools.
