The Work of Entrepreneurship and its Socio-economic Impacts, a Field Study in the City of Oran

Entry in to the world of work has become another outlet, which is to work in entrepreneurship according to the academic level, the type of training and certification of job seekers, and to concretize their project which the Algerian society needs, with the aim of getting out of unemployment by relying on oneself or on support from employment schemes allowing job seekers and human resources for work and production to be social actors in the working community by transition From wage earner to free worker, i.e. from the desire to work in the public sector to work in the private sector through the creation of a private enterprise which can in turn contribute to employing other labor work, according to what the employment policy provides for in terms of employment and accompanying measures to reduce unemployment and develop skills and the achievement of economic diversification, and today encouraged the political development of Algerian society, considered important in building institutions and private work as a solution to meeting the challenges of employment and obtaining work and the advancement of the economy through the creation of economic diversification and services in various fields on the one hand, and on the other hand seeks to provide employment opportunities to combat the problem of unemployment, since the entrepreneurship project is characterized by providing it with small capacities capable of absorbing and employing workers with little or no experience in order to get out of unemployment among qualified and trained job seekers who have ideas and projects according to their academic and formative level and the nature of the job activity, then we ask ourselves: How does work contribute to entrepreneurship by providing employment opportunities for different groups in society ? What is its social and economic impact on society ? What is their level of education and training and type of certificate for entrepreneurial work, and what are these activities ?
